4. SaaS and Third-Party Solutions

As a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) and SaaS partner, OT Technologies may provide access to third-party products, software, or services (e.g., IBM Apptio, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Arrow ECS, Ingram Micro). Your use of such solutions is subject to the third-party provider’s terms and licensing agreements in addition to these Terms.

We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or security of third-party services outside our direct control.

5. Accounts and Credentials

If you create an account through our Site or access SaaS portals:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

6. Purchases and Transactions

Any purchases of IT hardware, software, or SaaS licensing through OT Technologies are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Reseller Agreements, or Purchase Orders between you and OT Technologies.

Prices, product availability, and terms may be subject to change without notice.

7. Compliance with Laws

You agree to use our Site and services in compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including export control regulations, government procurement standards, and data protection laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OT Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Site will not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you to us for access to the Site in the 12 months prior to the claim.
